During these worrying times people need to be able to access repeat prescriptions service but the automated message when ringing the surgery clearly states patients CANT order prescriptions over the phone or in person. Having tried for two days and hearing this I resorted to ringing the pharmacy to be told to ignore the message and continue to hold until someone answers as they will take the order. Please remove this conflicting information as it only adds to the worry of how to get necessary medication.
After I did speak to someone the process went smoothly but I worry that more people like me are putting the phone down due to the conflicting information.
