"Excellent care"

I would like to write a letter of appreciation to all of the staff in ward 3F Crosshouse Hosptial for them to be recognised for the excellent job they do.  My father was in ward 3F for 3 wks, however sadly passed away. Throughout his stay every member of staff, from medical, nursing, healthcare assistant to domestic were extremely kind, helpful and attentive despite their working pressures and long hours and went out of their way to deliver high quality care.  As a family we could not have wished for better care and attention.  I was so touched by their kindness towards my father and we as a family will be forever grateful.  Keep up the excellent work, you should all be very proud.
