About: Wilson Practice

The reception team were so wonderfully supportive and understanding, during what is an extremely stressful and frightening time for all of us. I live with an Anxiety disorder and needed to bring my 8 week old son into the practice for checks and vaccinations. This could have been extremely stressful but all the staff were calm, reassuring and helpful. I can’t thank them enough.

Thank you for your feedback. We have tried really hard (and continue to) ensure that essential services are maintained in a way that is safe and appropriate for patients and staff. We are so proud of our staff who are remaining positive, cheerful and welcoming at this difficult time. We are also grateful to you and the vast majority of our patients who have been patient and understanding as we grapple with new processes and the challenges of 'one-size-fits-all' PPE.
