"Lazy admin"

I have always had all my medical history entered on my patient access app as its good to have it at hand when visiting my cardio at guys all other surgeries enter all tests etc on patient access to keep as a record so you can pull up anytime to show maybe a doctor or at the cardio clinic but no willesborough health service dont do it , but they should as that is what is advertised as one of the featurers on patient access. And when i asked could somebody email my results to me as she was on the screen looking at them could have just cut and pasted it to my email but all she said was NO. We dont do it,well every other doctoerdoes. I feel unless there asking you to have a flu jab or astma test they be bothered or lazy.
