Last year my weight dropped to 6 stone 9 pounds. This was the wake up call I needed to get professional help. Since I was referred to st George's clinic in september 2019 I have gained almost 2 stone. I was feeling weak and tired all the time I didn't want to go out, I was always cold and too ashamed to go out without my coat due to how thin I was. Now I'm feeling much better in myself and much more confident with my figure.
