I have been under the Mental health team in Clacton for nearly 2 years. Care coordinator just telling me to think positive and simply not engaged with me or cares.
Been left with no support.
Just been sent a letter telling me they have discharged me after telling my care coordinator and the manager both I am still low with suicidal thoughts. No follow up checking I'm even alive.
Disinterest in HELPING, just discharge you back to the GP.
