"I knew I was in safe hands"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had a polyp removed from my uterus,   as an outpatient, I was totally ok about it, the procedure went well but then, as I was about to get up I felt as if I was going to faint, this happened about 3 times.   The nurses, Tracy, Amy and Janet couldn't have done any more for me, they were so very attentive and I knew I was in safe hands.   I was put onto oxygen, had my BP taken, and was monitored constantly until I felt well enough to sit up.   The I was given a lovely cup of tea and some biscuits.   At a time when everyone is under immense stress they were so kind to me and I can't thank them enough.   Also special thanks to the doctor who performed the procedure for being so gentle with me.
