"The staff were excellent"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

During what is a crazy, uncertain and worrying time, I visited Grantham A and E on two separate occasions within a week, once for suspected heart trouble and then a few days later for a broken finger. Both times I was treated exceptionally well, especially when I went for my finger. The staff there were excellent and a true credit to the trust. Thank you.

As a team, we take pride in the service we provide and are always aiming to make improvements. Comments are shared at morning meetings and feedback such as this will certainly help boost morale and remind staff that their hard work and dedication is appreciated.

Yes, please do pas on my thanks. I was dealt with by many different people in varying roles and they were all absolutely incredible at the end of what will have been a tough day.

I hope they know how appreciated they are.
