from end of January, till today 26 March, I am still waiting for my Spirometry test, very disappointing service and concern.

I am really sorry to hear that you had a cause to complain about our services. Indeed it is a cause for concern if your Spirometry test has not been done. Please could you call the Surgery urgently and give your details so we can investigate this further. We look forward to hearing from you soon to sort this matter out as a priority.
