"Useless follow up."

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Rheumatology Hinchingbrooke Hospital / Rheumatology

The communication with me as a patient has been non existent, and when I was lucky enough to gain contact I was fobbed off, ignored then lied to. I have transferred to Addenbrookes, got treated with respect and given a completely new diagnosis which is responding to treatment. I say again, Hinchingbrooke rheumatology was useless to me, and I will keep clear.

I am very saddened to read your comments and I would like to apologise that you did not feel you had been treated appropriately, as this is not how we as a Trust want any of our patients to feel.

I am very pleased to hear that you are responding to the treatment you have received from Addenbrookes. I wish you all the very best and hope you continue to improve.
