"Excellent service"

I had to visit the Westmorland General Urgent Medical Centre after contracting a rampaging (in the words of the doctor) bladder infection. The staff were absolutely brilliant. They assessed the situation speedily, contacted the urology department to agree a course of treatment and implemented the recommendations efficiently and sympathetically. Special thanks to the receptionist, the three nurses and the GP who treated me. Extra thanks to the receptionist and one particular nurse for their ongoing help and advice over the following week.
