About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Radiology (X-rays and Scans)

(as the patient),

I had an ultrasound scan yesterday at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary Outpatient Radiology. All the NHS staff I came into contact with at the hospital were pleasant and helpful. The Radiologist, Lynne, was excellent, treating me with consideration and explaining the results clearly.

The treatment I received was first-class and it is very much appreciated.

Thank you 2403scan. We really appreciate you getting in touch to tell us how pleasant and helpful the staff outpatient radiology were.

I am responding to you as a member of the Quality Improvement and Assurance Team (just while everyone at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is busy with the Covid-19 outbreak), but I will ensure that this is shared with Lynn and the rest of the team – who I’m sure will be delighted to receive such lovely feedback.
