My 80 year old dad fell through his greenhouse on sat 21/03/29 and seriously cut his hand deeply in several places. We were very quickly seen at Exmouth and his wound dressed, due to the wound severity we were advised to go to RD&E (Exeter).I drove my dad to RD&E and left him at reception while parking my car.In the few minutes it took to park his car he was being taken to X ray.He was then rapidly seen by nurses and a lovely doctor who was great with my dad and stitched him up rapidly. As my dad was a little light headed during the stitches, they rightly insisted we stayed under observation.I thank your amazing staff from the bottom of my heart.Allstaff were helpful, caring and had a smile on their faces I wish you all the best and know your amazing work will be saving countless lives, while risking your own, knowing what is to come with Coronavirus. NHS you should be proud of your selves, as I am and the country is with you! Adam Ayres
