"Lack of interest from staff Rosa Parkes"

There have been ongoing issues with theft in this ward. Even when my son leaves his room to go and get medicine other patients go into his room and strip as much as they can. Despite reporting this to numerous staff members over a five day period nobody wants to get involved. They fob you off promising to do something, nothing happens and there is no feedback. In last 24 hours have spoken to three senior nurses in charge of hospital. No response from PALS. Nobody cares! Shame on all of you for the care shown to vulnerable adults. An attitude change needed by all involved.
