"The Microfaculty; an opportunity to thank you all"

Our family have been patients attending the Microfaculty for approximately 30 years. From the moment we joined and throughout the years, we have always been treated with the most wonderful care and respect and all of our needs (which are numerous) have always been attended to straight away. Advice and support provided by all practice staff is exemplary and deeply appreciated by us all.

My brother has Epilepsy and Autism and has a variety of different needs which have always been attended to with great care and understanding and he always feels comfortable to speak with our GP about anything that is troubling him. Consequently, he always leaves with a sense of peace and contentment which is no mean feat.

My mother has required a variety of different medical interventions including treatment of bowel cancer, chemotherapy, septicemia, MRSA, gangrene, as well as heart problems and cardiac arrests resulting in some long spells in intensive care. Referrals and treatment plans have always been sensitively and promptly managed and we are always included in every step that is taken. That is why, against the odds, she is still with us today and our gratitude is impossible to express in words.

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend (and have recently to a neighbour that is looking into joining a closer practice) the Microfaculty as the care goes beyond the medicine and we are always treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We are very blessed to have such wonderful medical staff to call upon when we are in need of them. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for our family.
