"Impossible to see a doctor"

About: The Allum Medical Centre

Their new system means it is virtually impossible to obtain an appointment. With several slipped discs and torn muscles I was offered appointment two weeks away- this was to resolve pain relief.

Once I saw a doctor he told me I had to use a particular way of phrasing the problem to the reception staff so I could get an appointment.

Today I have been told to go home, wait for a phone call so I can explain my symptoms by chatting to someone. I have Laryngitis and to breathe or talk is exceedingly painful. This approach means I will probably have to repeat telling my symptoms again which will hurt more. Do I recommend this practice? No, not at the present time with this approach.
