"Appointment waiting timesheets"

About: Rising Brook

Phone call made this morning as I have very swollen legs and high blood pressure. I waited 20 minutes for reception to answer the receptionist stated that all appointments had been given out ,I stated what my concern was ,the receptionist stated that I could go to the walk in I asked oh has Stafford go one she stated yes at Cannock and Hanley ,she also stated to ring back at ,14,00 Phoned back at 14,00 another 20 minute wait to be told no appointments ring back at 8am tomorrow I stated that I could have a thrombosis in legs she just stated ring tomorrow morning I have had to go county hospital to be seen as I'm so concerned about my health .I don't use the doctors very often 50 years I've been with rising brook doctors very disappointed with them the receptionist are putting people's lives at risk

I am sorry for my delayed response.

Unfortunately our phone lines are very busy in the morning and the reception team are answering the calls as quickly as possible.
