I have stage five kidney disease and self-care at home where I have hemodialysis 4 times a week for 3 hours each time. I see my consultant every three months and between those periods I am under the care of the home therapies team based at Loughborough Hospital, Leicestershire. Following my last three consultant appointments my consultant as written to my GP requesting that they amend several items on my repeat prescription, however, they are failing to do so. I have written to my practice manager and had no reply and complained to The GMC via email and had no reply. I really do not know what coarse of action to do next.
