"Unprofessional practice"

I called the surgery asking if a message could be passed on to my mental health GP regarding a pharmacy address where I would like my prescription to be sent to. I told her I was advised to do this by dr ***** and the receptionist just laughed and said 'of course she did'. She then went on to read out a address I did not recognise and when I said that's not my address she said 'well that's what's on the system so you must have given us this address darlin'. She made me feel very intimidated and small and like I was stupid. I feel as though I did not need to be spoken to In such a way when I'm already struggling so much with my mental health as it is and I now feel 100x worse.
