I Had been waiting 5 months, for clavicle and shoulder plates, the Consultant was 1st class, polite and put me at ease. It was bigger surgery than I expected, with bone grafts too, but I was treated very well, I was shocked when I saw the size of the scar, I couldn't have been treated better than a private hospital. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. I was lucky the Consultant did my surgery and on my 2nd an 3rd follow up appointment, got to know how complex and as he said mechanical it was he was very pleased with how I was healing, but it's going to take another 5-6 months before I will feel the benefit and the screws and plates have to stay which is as I was told unusual then I will be able to use my arm and the physio Department were good, but when I showed what physio had given me, I was told it was too much too soon, I listen to my Consultant, possibly more exercises after my next appointment around August time, Thank you all for the hard work you do. 10 out of 10 or 5 Stars.
