Second time now had problems with someone on reception not being very professional - I am a Customer Service Manager of some 25 years experience and you should never make your customers feel humiliated despite their point of view. Pressure comes with the territory, but well trained personnel with a calm and considerate approach have the customers confidence from the start.

In the last six months or so it has been almost impossible to book any appointments with a doctor online as none available.

Nurses come and go and seem to be drafted in on a one day a week basis.

Car Park always full but surgery in comparison empty.

Pharmacy staff attached to surgery very good.

In general get the feeling that this surgery is the ‘poor relation’ of a Group, and if you expect a bustling surgery with full time doctor and nursing staff attached to it, where you can build up a doctor/nurse/patient relationship, then in my experience this is not the practice for you.
