"Impressive care"

From the first referral at the breast clinic to the final follow up, I have had superb care here.

The consultant and all his staff treated me at all times with such professionalism and efficiency, but also in a manner which was reassuring and friendly,so that my long standing anxiety and fear of hospitals has been hugely reduced.

The consultant was careful to explain all the procedures and communicated perfectly throughout, so I felt fully involved. It The operating theatre and recovery staff were all lovely too, showing kindness and a sense of humour. I felt cared for and as if my experience was important, despite the department being particularly under pressure that day.

Thank you to the wonderful consultant, surgery assistants and nurses for making my procedure as stress free as it could be.
