Easily the worst, most inefficient and badly organised practice we have ever experienced.
Our newborn babies checkup appointments and immunisation appointments were all cancelled due to an ‘admin error’
Each time we attempted to visit, we were waiting between 45minutes at best, and 2 hours at worst.
The doctor that we saw, prescribed the wrong item for our baby, a cream that made her infection considerably worse, necessitating a second trip to a different doctor, who immediately fixed the first doctor’s mid-diagnosis. The first doctor was utterly disinterested in dealing with our baby.
They continued to screw up every aspect of our healthcare, including cancelling a repeat prescription for epilepsy medication, and not advising us of the ongoing issues with their inability to book appointments.
This surgery is a disgrace. We have, quite literally, not had a single appointment of experience with them that has not been completely undone by their total lack of care and professionalism.
I dread to think how they are dealing with things now, during the public health crisis.
This surgery is atrocious and should be closed, until the staff are trained to even a basic level.
