About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Reproductive Medicine

(as a service user),

I went into Aberdeen Fertility Centre yesterday for my egg retrieval as my partner and I are currently undergoing IVF.

From the moment I arrived on the day ward until the moment I left I was treated with the utmost respect, dignity & kindness. The nurses, doctors & the embryologist explained everything so clearly and were so patient & caring throughout the procedure itself.

In this uncertain time, I want to say a MASSIVE heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for the kindness we were shown yesterday. As a healthcare worker myself, it’s so refreshing to have been treated with such great care. Thank you all, you are absolute diamonds.
