This took place during the Coronavirus crisis. I had a skin reaction to a blood test. The practice phone was answered very pleasantly and professionally, and a doctor rang me back shortly. He set up a simple video link via my mobile phone. This was helpful and effective, the doctor could see my arm and give me advice.
