"My son received outstanding care"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

Mental health is a tricky subject and my son recieved outstanding care recently, he was cared with kindness, compassion and no one judged him.  I was made to feel welcome during a scary time. I was kept informed along the way, it helped having the paediatric mental health liaison nurse (who was lovely and made great tea!)

Thank you for your feedback and although we are not a mental health facility it is great to hear we met your sons needs. The paediatric mental health team are a great asset to our Trust and will let them know of your feedback.
