I needed help and advice today in relation to severe ear ache. I was confused about medication I was already taking to help alleviate the problem. I was seen quickly and examined by a well informed, patient and helpful medic. I left the hospital completely reassured, understanding what the problem was and how to deal with it. So grateful!
