"9 months now with a bad stomach"

after 9 months finally got a doctor to get some samples sent in phone yesterday for results i was told they had them but that department closed at so i would have to phone between 1& 3 but your web site says results available during your usual opening hours no mention of between 1&3 so i phone again the next day only to be told the doctors were all to busy to look at the result and i would have to wait and phone again tommorow thank you for at least 1 more day at least with a bad stomach
