Attended with disabled parent to enable appointment attendance. The disabled toilets were out of use, no disabled access. Had to wait almost four hours post appointment for return transport home. There was no water or food access despite parent being diabetic. Had to eventually ask reception for a drink explaining being a diabetic. A Luke warm drink of water then provided.
