"Rude Reception Staff"

I have been going to Park Leys for 3 years now and every time I have rang to book an appointment I end up coming off the phone frustrated with how rude the reception staff have been. I'm sure not all the front end staff talk like this to people but I always seem to get the staff that do. I too am not the only one who thinks this after speaking to friends and family who also use this clinic.

Doctors and nurses there have been absolutely fabulous and are the only reason why I have stayed for this long.
