"Minor Derm Operation"

I had to get two moles removed today. I was feeling very at ease going into this appointment as I tend not to worry about these things. David came out to collect me from the waiting room and from straight away he was so lovely. Everything was explained brilliantly. He was so friendly and the appointment passed very quickly and painlessly. David was absolutely amazing and I really couldn’t fault him. Thank you Forth Valley Royal Hospital and than your NHS.
