"Made me feel at ease with their witty humour"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I received two minor operations today at Forth Valley Royal. The staff David, Jen and Laurionn were excellent, they chatted throughout making me feel at ease with their witty humour. Thank you and keep up the great work

Thank you for leaving us such lovely feedback, we try to keep your mind off what we are doing (while concentrating on the job ourselves) by having a wee blether. I am glad you appreciated it.
