"Professional and compassionate care"

My Nan took unwell and was taken to City Hospital. I wanted to thank all the staff for the level of service they were able to provide and I observed with others, specifically during the extra stress placed upon the organisation during COVID 19. There was a quick efficient procedure of care for all patients immediately from   the entrance keeping all safe. I was given updates as requested during a distressing time for myself which was greatly appreciated. From the 999 call to going home I am greatly thankful for the professional and compassionate care she received and whilst there is a lot of criticism placed upon the NHS at this time I felt you needed to be aware of this experience.
