"Amazing care during my short stay"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Trauma and Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I came in for orthopaedic surgery recently at the day surgery ward at the Royal Infirmary. I was kept up to date during my long wait to be taken by all the staff there. I was looked after by the nurses Malcolm and Kerry when I was back on the ward and they could not have done enough for me even though it was very busy. There was also a lovely lady that went round with tea and snacks which I didn’t expect. Will hopefully not need to be back here but would feel in safe hands if need be.

Thank you so much for the feedback I will make sure this gets to the nursing teams in the Day Surgery Unit. In these challenging times ahead its this small gesture of positive feedback for a team that try and do a fantastic job every day that will keep them pepped up and going.

Thank you for taking the time

Kind regards

Simon
