"It's not that bad"

Yes some of the receptionists are a bit dry and don't smile all that often, however I have been witness to them dealing with abuse many times over not being able to offer appointments - something out of their control. I don't think I would be in such a great mood either if I had to deal with that day in day out.

All nurses are lovely and Gps I have dealt with have been fantastic.

Its a small practise and they will remember you when you return which is a nice touch.

I just wish they could have a bit of a refurbishment as a lot of the practise feels dated.
