"Has helped me so much"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Community Services / Community Mental Health Team

(as the patient),

I started the S. C. M a year ago as advised by my CPN Caroline I'm so glad that she did finally a better understanding of my BPD or EUPD as it's also called. It was a shaky start for me struggled at the beginning but so pleased Emma kept at me about coming and not giving up because it has helped me so much I'm not going to lie some weeks have been very difficult and challenging but nothing is ever easy.

Meeting people with same thing was great, feeling you're not alone. Emma, Stephen and Kath were the best and I have a lot to thank them for, the information we got was good but would have been better in booklet as that could work through and save some trees I have laughed cried and made sum amazing friends through this and will always be very grateful to the amazing S. C. M team Emma, Stephen and Kath thank you very much.

Dear Ann-jane

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback about Structured Clinical Management, I am pleased to hear that you have found the programme to be such a beneficial experience. I will make sure your positive comments are passed on to Emma, Kath, Stephen and Caroline, I know they will be appreciate this.

Thank you and very best wishes

Justina
