"New receptionists needed"

I needed a repeat prescription for painkillers I ordered them via the app. When I checked 2 days later it had been rejected. When I called the surgery as to why the receptionist told me I needed a review, I explained to her I’d had my review just a few weeks ago & she said oh you’ve ordered them too soon try again next week. It’s been very cold and wet which effects my back pain. I’d ran out of painkillers at this point & to be told I must be taking too many is a joke. I ended up having to buy weak painkillers & doubled the dose just to take the edge off. Working in customer service myself I know professionalism at all times is required even when you’re at the end of your tether. Something that these receptionists do not have. It’s disgusting you continually allow this to happen. Used to be a great practice years ago.
