"what brilliant staff"

I went to Bolton A&E recently in connection with an injury to my arm. I had contact with the following staff: reception, triage, physiotherapist in the minor injury department, x ray and physiotherapist again. What cheerful people, friendly, skilled, efficient, I was in and out with a clear diagnosis in less than 90 minutes. I could not have been more impressed with the service I received.
