refered by gp to call the virus team, on hold half hour, asked to call direct, on hold 2 hours then cut off, tried 111 online advised 999, came out no problem and appreciated the advice from the paramedic, I respect NHS and all Members 100% and as we are in panda manic state with corvid 19 I have no complaints about the time it took and the 111 system crashed, they still arrived to help and advise, GOD BLESS North West Ambulance and all its Members, Thank You Chriso
