"An appalling experience avoid this practice "

o recently had cause to transfer to this surgery having moved to the area , the first appointment for my regular injection was met with “what are you here for today” and when I explained they asked if I had bought my injection with me ? So then after much explaining I am given a prescribing and asked to reappoint , when I tried to reappoint I was told the doctor wanted to speak to me , which took her a week to do , to be told I needed an urgent appoint meant for tests , so I make one which took nearly another 3 weeks , today I arrive in plenty of time but couldn’t park eventually arring exactly six minutia late , to be told that I couldn’t be seen today , I have now been 2 months without my routine injections and meds , I am giving blood pressure readings considered high enough to be dangerous and I get not one ounce of empathy or understanding from this practice which must be avoided at all costs
