About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I was seen by a physiotherapist in my local Health Centre this morning who referred me for an Xray. I came in and was seen immediately - no waiting time.

The nurse who did my X ray was friendly, efficient, responsive and amusing! She explained the 'why' of the processes of the X ray and was reassuring and informative. I couldn't have wished for a better service from the NHS. The doctor will send the report to my GP today/by tomorrow. Thank you!
