"Disgraceful "

My 9 year son become unwell on Monday with dry cough and temp of 39. Rang GP Tuesday Explained my sons symptoms and that his Grandma has recently returned from Thailand. GP said I had to ring 111. I was on 2 and half hours eventually put the phone down rang again later spoke to advisor and was told my son needed appointment to be swabbed for Coronavirus and I would be contacted in 24 hours. On Thursday I still haven’t been contacted regarding appointment so rang 111 again told they couldn’t speed up process and I had to wait 72 hours for phone call. My son has a constant fever and unwell I can’t take him GP I can’t take him A&E. obviously my son could be suffering with chest infection or tonsillitis and is left without treatment!! I’m currently on hold with 111 again for the past 40 mins it’s disgusting
