(as a service user),

I like Fridays as it's helps for weekend to look forward to but it been taken to 1 hour instead of 2 hours & no food.

Very sad

Ladies are great

Thank you for your feedback. I am really pleased that you have found the Friday group helpful and prepares you for the weekend in a positive way.

I am sorry that you are disappointed that the group no longer runs for 2 hours and that food is not available. On reviewing the group, the facilitators decided that it would be helpful to shorten the length of the group so that the group remained recovery focused and participants could concentrate on the recovery interventions being discussed.

We very much value your feedback and when the service user voice meeting is back up and running again (temporarily cancelled due to the current Covid 19 situation) I would encourage you to share your feedback and thoughts as an opportunity to look again at what is being offered.

I will also share your comments with the Fareham Team. I wish you all the very best in your recovery. Keep safe and well.
