(as a service user),

I was treated at the Day Surgery Unit at FVRH by 2 of the nicest professional people you could ever meet ( Pamela & Jennifer). From the moment I was taken in, any concerns or apprehensions I had disappeared as I was treated with friendliness, knowledge and care of the highest level. Any questions I had were fully answered, and their friendliness made me feel totally relaxed, and for that I am truly thankful. They do a wonderful job and are a credit to FVRH.

I am glad that we made you feel at ease and relaxed throughout your procedure. Jennifer and I understand that visiting our department can be a little daunting so we do our best to make our patient's feel as relaxed as possible.
