"Ignored over and over"

First time dad! What a disappointment! Absolutely appalled by the professionalism by the "midwifes" on M2 maternity ward! No regular observations! No consistent times with medication and pain relief! Ignored over and over! My poor girlfriend lay there in pain and extremely anxious! Worried about being labelled a pest because we'd repeatedly asked to be checked over! Literally ignored for 12 hours! ! ! Told 10 minutes, only to have shift change 2 hours later! Just to go through the whole process again! ? Disgusting
