What an amazing service to offer. I learnt so much about my condition and how to manage it on a day-to-day basis. Just having the knowledge that the exercises that your doing in the gym are not actually causing any harm but helping you to improve your everyday mobility by reducing discomfort/pain. What an amazing team, I would definitely recommend this group to anyone.
