"Cardiology don’t return calls "

I have visited the cardiology dept and A& E at North Middlesex on 4 occasions related to the same issue. The staff on each occasion have been fantastic particularly under such stressful situations where they are clearly understaffed. My issue is with the fact that on each occasion where I have tried to contact the cardiology dept they have neither answered or returned my calls. Waiting for results can be an extremely stressful time which is only made worse by not being able to get any answers or a least a timescale for which you need to wait
