About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Felt a bit nervous at first

Once i was in the room to get biopsy done,the 3 medical staff were brillant.

Told me what was going to happen from start to finish

I know that one was called David the other two were brilliant

One of the medical staff who done the biopsy and the stitches was superb

Thank you for doing a great job

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback. It is great you recognised the team work it takes to make everything appear organised.

We are particularly delighted that we were able to reduce your anxiety, we find that having an informal atmosphere helps substantially (that's my excuse for talking too much).
