"End of life care A&E Wexham Park"

Would just like to say something in support of our NHS.

This evening we had the sad experience of losing someone close to us in Wexham A&E.

Despite the current strain on the service, we were without exception, treated with respect, compassion and outstanding professionalism. As ex NHS staff myself I understand how difficult it is to present a consistent and sympathetic front under such strain. From housekeeper to senior Consultant we were treated with empathy , love, and respect, nothing was too much trouble nor patience tested when faced with a confused ,scared elderly dementia gripped loved one.

Iam bursting with pride for our NHS tonight.

Please treat it with the care and respect it deserves, so that in your unfortunately time of need it will treat you the same as it has us tonight. 😥
