"Great Physio's"

I started the Physiotherapy sessions after rupturing my achillies. i was assisted throughout my time in the lower limb group mainly by 2 physios who i found to be of great help. I was given exercises which greatly helped my mobility and reduce the pain i felt while walking. They were friendly and understanding of any problems i was going through whilst going through my recovery phase.
